In late September 2024, Diana undertook to write an Amicus Brief for the U.S. Supreme Court supporting the larger detransitioners' community, in support of States prohibiting pediatric gender affirming care (minors receiving sex change operations through medical use of puberty blockers, cross sex hormones, and otherwise damaging a child's normal growth process via surgical procedures). Diana understood that children were placed at risk by medical treatment/surgical treatment altering the normal state of human growth. Of concern to Diana were questions of lack of informed consent, the permanent ruination of the individual patients, and the irreversibility of medical transitioning process. Medical/surgical treatment for rapid-onset gender dysphoria has disproportionately affected minors. It has been banned in many European Countries because of its dangers. The members of the detransitioners' community are people who have suffered from medical and surgical procedures. This group was not represented until Diana undertook to write an Amicus brief on their behalf. Diana literally spent her last dime on this project.
